Come experience the vocal stylings of singer Rosemary Chavez in Sedona as she performs at "Patio de las Campanas" in Tlaquepaque on Friday, April 5th, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. for "First Friday at the Galleries".
Every month, exciting events happen at Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village's "First Friday in the Galleries". The Rosemary Chavez Jazz Duo will be performing and as per a recent article in Discover Tlaquepaque "guests can enjoy the sounds from the exceptional musicians whose music fills our cobblestone streets and courtyards throughout these first Friday nights".

It was in 2019 that author Randy L. Schmidt contacted Frankie asking him to be part of an upcoming documentary on Karen entitled Karen Carpenter: Starving for Perfection. In October 2019, a film crew from AMS Pictures, an Emmy award-winning production company, based in Dallas, TX, came to Sedona and shot footage of Frankie while in the studio recording the A Sedona Christmas CD which features Frankie’s wife, singer Rosemary Chavez. Once again, interviewer Randy L. Schmidt captured Frankie’s association with and influence on the drumming of Karen Carpenter.
